As part of my 30 day nutritional reset with the Arbonne program I have given up caffeine. I love my morning coffee, but my sleep hasn't been great in the last few months and I suffer from mild anxiety that creeps up mostly in the morning and thoughout the day. So far I am feeling pretty good. No withdrawal symptoms and was only a little fuzzy headed the first 2 days. I'm still waiting to see how this may resolve my other issues though.
My normal 16 oz cup of coffee now replaced with herbal tea.
